Fully automatic coiler/spooler for pipes, Type ADC 1000 and ADC 1000S
Basically, the coiler is designed to wind medium and thick wall pipes on ring coils. Optionally the machine can be equipped in addition with an adapter set for card board spools. A dancer/accumulator assures a smooth functioning of tension controlled winding and enables the transfer from the full to the empty coil or spool at full production speed.
THE has developed a special adapted cutting system in order to assure a trouble free functioning over the whole range of pipe dimensions.

An automatic coil strap binder is part of the machine. The machine is easy to use and the man-machine dialogue
is realised with a touch screen. All THE coilers and winders are built with a heavy duty welded steel frame and integrated electrical cabinet. All motors are highly dynamic servo drives. These machines can easily be integrated in a production line. |

This option enable the customer to equip the machine
alternatively for coils or card board spools, depending on pipe
thickness.

Semi Automatic Dual Coiler

The coiler is designed to wind coils on collapsible spools. An accumulator controls the tension of the tube on each winding station, and stores up the product during the manual transfer. The take-up is designed to wind thin wall pipes on card board spools.
