BDA614 – New Fully Automatic Auto-Release and Convery of Finished Spools

The take-up is designed to wind thin-to-thick wall pipes on cardboard Spools at high production speeds, with minimized operation requirements. The machine is built with heavy duty welded steel frame, features controlled movements by dynamic, all-servo driven motors, and integrated touchscreen.  

These enable reliable high performance, user-friendly operation, and prolonged operating lifespan.  

Full Automation is attained by auto-release and convey of finished spools, along with auto-load of empty spools from a dedicated accumulator/empty spool feeder.  The finished spools are selected according to their quality state to the next production steps thus minimizing operator labour.
